The sum total of the little things we do everyday make us who we become over the span of a lifetime. Helping kids to establish and maintain a balanced routine that addresses multiple facets of life is one of the best ways we can support their growth

  • Movement– Getting at least a little bit of a sweat on
  • Creativity– Bringing something new into the world
  • Connection– Reaching out to someone
  • Contribution– Giving back to each other and the larger community
  • Nature– Getting fresh air and sun in the great outdoors
  • Self Care– Staying healthy
  • Organization- Balancing entropy with order
  • Relaxation– Slowing down and grounding
  • Integration– Learning and practicing new information and skills
  • Play– Challenging oneself with something fun
  • Gratitude– Taking a moment to appreciate and give thanks
